PEAK TRANSGEAR XP 80 gear oil is an API GL-4 multi-grade gear lubricant containing extreme pressure additives. It is recommended for hypoid or spiral bevel gears in manual transmissions and front wheel drive transaxle gearboxes of passenger cars and light/medium commercial vehicles.

PEAK TRANSGEAR XP 80 gear oil is commonly used in modern four and five speed manual transmissions where low viscosity gear oil is required to eliminate cold shift problems.

PEAK TRANSGEAR XP 80 gear oil protects all types of gears including helical, spiral bevel and hypoid to minimise scuffing, welding or galling tooth wear in severe load applications. High load carrying capacity is achieved using sulfur phosphorus extreme pressure additives.

PEAK TRANSGEAR XP 80 gear oil has excellent resistance to corrosion and foaming, and may be used in a wide variety of manual transmissions where API GL-4 SAE 75W80, 75W85, 75W90 and 80W oils are specified. The multi-grade properties eliminate the need for seasonal oil changes and provide protection over a wide temperature range.

PEAK NEATCUT 32 is a low viscosity, transparent, inactive type cutting oil recommended for high speed machining of free cutting steels and all non-ferrous metals. It is an excellent dual-purpose cutting and lubricating oil for higher speed machining of free cutting steels; brass, aluminium, copper, etc. in multiple spindle automatics.

In many machine tools, particularly the larger multiple spindle automatics, the lubricating oil will frequently leak into the cutting oil, diluting it as much as 50%. The result is shorter tool life, poorer surface finishes, and general decline in machinery efficiency. The problem can be eliminated in many machines through the use of dual-purpose PEAK NEATCUT 32 which serves as both a machine lubricant and a cutting oil where a lower viscosity oil is required – for example, higher speed machining of free cutting steels such as brass, aluminium, copper, etc.

Also serves as a dual-purpose cutting and lubricating oil in smaller automatics, such as Index, etc.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

PEAK LS90 DIFF OIL is a heavy duty extreme pressure limited slip differential lubricant suitable for use in
passenger cars, 4WD’s, light and heavy commercial vehicles. It may be used where API GL-5 SAE 90 gear
oils are specified for helical, hypoid or spiral bevel axles, gear and steering boxes operating under high
speed – shock load, high speed – low torque and low speed – high torque conditions.

NOTE: PEAK LS90 DIFF OIL exceeds the API GL-5 specification and may be used where the obsolete GL-6
specification is called for.

PEAK LS90 DIFF OIL is formulated with extreme pressure additives giving high load carrying capacity to the
oil, and anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation additives that will protect all gear components from premature
wear. It ensures the correct operation of friction surfaces eliminating noisy operation in both plate and
cone clutch configurations.

PEAK LS90 DIFF OIL is specifically formulated for use in Limited Slip Differentials, however it may be used
in standard hypoid differentials to eliminate the need to carry multiple diff oils.
